Buckcherry: Love (EP) (2016)

Ya se ha comentado en otrotopic de buckcherry pero aqui esta el topic oficial. La banda esta preparando en estos momentos otros ep q parece q se llamara Love esta vez (la otra vez fue Fuck y cada cancion del EP tenia la palabra Fuck en el titulo de la cancion). Yo preferiria un disco completo en vez de un EP pero no pienso quejarme. En 2015 un disco, en 2014 un EP mas otro EP de versiones y en 2016 otro EP. Ademas la banda no para de girar. No se como lo hacen. Hoy en dia las bandas ademas se toman muchisimo tiempo para cada nuevo disco

BUCKCHERRY singer Josh Todd has told Australia's Rolling Stone in a new interview that the band is working on an EP to follow last year's "Rock 'N' Roll" album. "We'll probably be working on a new [full-length] album next year, but right now we're making an EP," he said. "We released the 'Fuck' EP in 2014, which was a lot of fun."

He added: "Our objective is to write three EPs and eventually have a box set. Each will have a theme, to keep them fun and interesting."

Es una iniciativa curiosa la de los EPs temáticos y finalmente acabar metiéndolos todos en una caja. Si luego le añaden a la caja el EP de versiones como bonus, y tener así los 4 en CD/vinilo, pues ya sería estupendo.

El EP no se llamará Love... según Josh Todd el título comenzará también por "F" y tendrá canciones muy en la onda de "Tight Pants"... son capaces de llamarlo "Funk" y orientarlo a ese estilo musical...

Pues mola, porque "Tight Pants" es un temazo, y cuando meten ramalazos Punk es cuando les salen sus mejores canciones (como "Crazy Bitch").

Malisimas y tristisimas noticias en el universo Buckcherry. El bajista Kelly LeMieux padece Leucemia           . Parece ser q llevaban una temporada de gira y Kelly se encontraba mal. Fue varias veces al medico y no encontraban lo q era hasta q despues de tener q volver en varias ocasiones descubrieron q era Leucemia. Espero q se recupere. La banda sigue de gira (como no..... no he visto una banda q gire mas q ellos) y no se si Kelly sigue tocando el bajo o no. De momento no se ha dicho nada. Imagino q no podra el pobre Kelly seguir ese ritmo de gira. Supongo q la banda anunciara en breves alguien para el puesto de bajista. Espero q le vaya bien a Kelly y se recupere


Kelly LeMieux, bass player of Buckcherry, was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). We’re selling a t-shirt to raise funds for Kelly, check it out HERE.
After feeling ill on the road for several weeks, Kelly visited an urgent care facility on tour. They thought he had bronchitis and he was given antibiotics. Kelly returned home from tour a couple weeks later for a 6-day break. After still feeling the symptoms of the flu, he went in to get checked out again and to get blood work done. Three days later, on June 9th, Kelly was admitted to the Providence Portland Medical Center where he had a bone marrow biopsy and and began his first round of chemotherapy.
Kelly remained in the hospital receiving treatment for 26 days. Having now completed his second round of chemotherapy, Kelly’s blood counts are beginning to normalize and he has been declared in remission. Much more treatment and work is still to be done but we’re all very hopeful and thankful for the work of the doctors and nurses at Providence Portland Medical Center.
Fortunately, Kelly has medical insurance. However, his personal and medical bills are beginning to mount and we’re trying to do everything we can to help Kelly in this time. We’ve created this t-shirt to support Kelly and 100% of the proceeds raised will go directly to help Kelly with his bills. En otro orden de cosas aqui podeis ver un concierto grabado de manera profesional hace muy poco (en el mes de Mayo). Buen concierto y la banda dandolo todo, pero a veces sufro por la voz de Josh. Parece estar sufriendo en todo momento
